OSLC RM and CM to become our first Candidate OASIS Standards

Hello everyone,

I would like to remind you that we have formally notified OSLC OP PGB a week ago of the intent to submit two OSLC specs to become Candidate OASIS Standards. Everyone in the OSLC community is welcome to submit feedback on the project specs before they go for the COS vote next week:
