Cameo and Windchill interfaces to OSLC

I’d like to learn what the Cameo plugins offer in terms of using OSLC. In the same respect, what does the PLM program Windchill offer?

I’d like to learn how to program their libraries/APIs to use OSLC.

Basically, I’d also like come up with a simple application that performs a get and put using one of the above APIs and libraries.

I apologize. I don’t have a link for the plugins. Word for word that was what was mentioned to me in an email? I don’t know exactly what the person was referring to.

It might just be better to ignore that specific word.
