# ANN: Lyo 7.0.0.Alpha9 migrates to Jena 6

Dear OSLC users,

We are pleased to announce the 7.0.0.Alpha9 release of Eclipse Lyo: [Release 7.0.0.Alpha9 · eclipse-lyo/lyo · GitHub](https://github.com/eclipse-lyo/lyo/releases/tag/v7.0.0.Alpha9)

The main change in the release is the migration from Jena 5.6 to Jena 6.0 given that Jena 4 and 5 have been discontinued.

Please give it a try and check if your OSLC applications are ready for Jena 6.
